Skin Solutions is both a medical and cosmetic dermatology center, offering the most advanced treatments available for your skin.

To better serve you, we offer extended office hours. Cool Springs office hours are from 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Columbia office hours are 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that one of our associates can find an appointment time to fit your schedule.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide 24 hours notice so that the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Skin Solutions is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Typically, the office remains open all other weekdays throughout the year.
