Protecting Our Patients' Privacy
Skin Solutions is committed to the safeguarding of our patients' personal and health information! To ensure that all patients' personal health information is protected we maintain compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). In an effort to protect your privacy, all patients are required to bring your healthcare insurance card(s) and a photo ID with you to each appointment. This information will be requested by our front desk staff during the check-in process at every visit. In the case of our minor aged patients (17 years and younger), the parent or guardian will be asked to provide the above information.
